- For Daily Tours:
There is a 24-hour cancellation policy for all day tours. If you cancel prior to 24 hours of the tour you will receive a full refund.
If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled trip departure, no refund fees will be provided.
No shows are responsible for 100% of trip fees.
Custom & Private Tours:
There is a 72-hour cancellation policy for all custom tours that do not include inter-island air travel. Credit cards will be taken at the time of booking and charged 30 days prior to tour date. If you cancel outside of 72 hours, you will receive a full refund.
If you cancel within 72 hours of the tour no refund fees will be provided.
No shows are responsible for 100% of trip fees.
Custom & Private Tours Involving Air Travel:
Custom tours that include inter-island air travel are required to pay the cost of the tickets at the time of booking and the remainder 30 days prior. There is a 72-hour cancellation policy for all custom/private tours. If you cancel outside of 72 hours, you will receive a full refund minus non-refundable airfare charges.
If you cancel within 72 hours of the tour no refund fees will be provided.
