      I can't believe you can operate a business this way we booked a trip that's 5 months from now we tried to move the date because an unexpected illness in the family that we're not going to be able to make a trip for the next year so we requested to move the date and they denied it then we requested a refund and they deny that also 5 months is plenty of time to give somebody notice but just because they receive the money now they will not let it go this is crazy clearly you will rent this place out it's 5 months from now so why would you operate a business this way why would you just not refund us so in a year we can come stay at this place and you guys can rent this out in 5 months why would you try to keep the money knowing that we can't go now I just don't understand how that's even ethical or how you can operate that way.

      I really wish I had a better experience staying at this property last week (October 2022). We were in town to meet with vendors for my sister's wedding, and while a trip to ****** was just what the doctor ordered, this home rental/living space made the trip a lot more difficult than fun. When we first came in after almost 24 hours of traveling, the air was off and the whole condo smelled like animal pee. We immediately went to turn on the ** units, all of which read "ERR." We got very nervous. The team had someone come out the next day, but said they had to go out to a third party, who then would come have it done no later than Tuesday. He/She/They never came. One of the "updates" we received from the owner, *****, said "It IS brutal this time of year. It cools down mid November." This showed me more than anything that he did not give a flying F about the discomfort of his guests. The slightly passive aggressive responses, mixed with little to no follow up on what was actually going on with our ** made for extremely poor customer service. While I understand things happen, I was confused that you were so unaware of the state of your Condo. How did you not know there was an issue with the **? Did you not check on the home when you stocked it with fresh linens? Did you not care that we paid for a place WITH ** and did not provide your end of the contract? A home like that would have cost half the price if it stated it did not have working **. While I understand things happen, the complete disrespect for my family, our money, and our vacation/comfort was so inexplicably disrespectful and insensitive. The first night, the main floor bathroom drain was broken as well. We had to completely remove it to drain water, and when doing so, it allowed all the bugs to come in, so the whole home was filled with mosquitos. The front door screen also had a very large hole in it, so while we could not get **, and we wanted the doors open for some air flow, it was moot point, as we had
