    On Friday, November 11, 2022 a Zippy Klean tech came to my house to detail my car. I paid $405.80 for detailing inside and out and water spot removal. Once the tech left I notice that I had a haze over 1/2 of the windshield (passenger side fortunately). I called the tech and he came back the next day to fix the issue. Unfortunately, he said that he could not fix it, after working for an hour to remove it. The haze was not there before he did the detailing and it was made even worse during his attempt to fix it the next day. I took my car to the ***** dealer and asked their detail staff it they could remove the haze. They looked at it and determined that it was "etched" on and recommend that I replace the windshield. I have an appointment to get a new windshield tomorrow. As well as costing $500 for a replacement, I need to drive 2 hours to **** and 2 hours back after waiting 3 hours for the installation. I will be out of pocket for approximately $780.00 from lost work time and the new windshield. I reached out the the company and asked for my $408.50 back. They said that they do not give refunds. I sent pictures to show that the current state of the windshield presents a safety hazard. They were unsympathetic.

    I just had the absolute worst experience at Zippy Klean in Kona. I brought my car there last night to have it fully detailed, because I had planned on selling it. I paid over four hundred dollars, And instead of coming away with a clean, detailed car, I left with a car that now has the liner completely coming off.They claim that it was not their fault even though it's listed in their description of part of the detailing that they clean the headliner. I left several voicemails and several text messages asking for someone to call me.One of my text messages trying to get a call:"When I brought my car yesterday morning, the headliner was not pulled down. When I picked up the car, I was kinda in shock. When I mentioned it to ******, he said he didn't even noticed it had been pulled down, which is pretty unlikely, since it would have been touching his head while cleaning. I picked it up inside early this morning and I couldn't see how bad it was until I was driving away. I just started crying. I'm selling my car. My husband and I are leaving ****** after 19 years because we we can't afford it anymore. We are leaving in 2 weeks. I drove directly to see about getting it repaired in ****. They estimated $1200, plus can't get me in until next week. I can't sell the car like this, and I planned on putting it for sale today, so now I'll have to wait to do that as well. I'm so sad. I took my car to you guys on a friend's recommendation, and even tipped ****** $45 because I thought he tried to do a good job and now this."I finally got a text response saying the person was going to speak to their boss. After an hour and a half, I wrote again, and the person answering text messages said the boss couldn't do anything. The worst customer service ever. I asked for the courtesy of a phone call 7 times! 20 years in business and a manager couldn't pick up the phone.
