    When I first got to the airport and asked for a shuttle the guy on the phone at the rental company was extremely rude to me. I asked him where I should meet the shuttle and he said go to number three outside the airport and I said OK should I call you when I get there? he said no dont call me back. I said OK so the driver is going to bring me to you and he said well hes not gonna take you to **********. Is that how you talk to your customers who spend money with you? Then I get a crappy car that shouldnt have been on the road with a gas tank that does not open. I went to the gas station to get gas and the guy at the car rental company (first of all was very rude again) and told me that I needed to have someone go into my car and push the button to get the gas tank open. When I asked him to reiterate how I should do this he said I already told you four times how many more times I have to tell you, just do it! I did ask somebody to help me and they ended up stealing my wallet and my ATM card from my purse, which almost got me stuck in Maui and I couldnt get back home. Because of the crummy car that this company rented to me I got robbed. If the gas tank been working I would not have needed help. This company needs to be taken out of business because theyre going to get somebody killed.

    I found the customer service horrible, and the manager lied to me.The initial person I spoke to was quite rude. When I asked her not be rude to me, she said You get what you give. I stated that I was a paying customer, and she told me that was no excuse. She also did not believe me when I told her that they had overcharged me. She refused to hear my explanation and would not credit my account.I called back in the afternoon and asked for a manager. The manager sounded like the woman I had spoken to that morning. I asked her if we had spoken earlier and she said No, that was *****. I explained to her about the overcharge. She argued with me. I directed her to look further down the invoice, and she ultimately agreed they had overcharged me and gave me credit no apology.I told her about my experience with the poor customer service earlier in the day, and she responded Actually, that was me you spoke to. (She lied initially). I apologized if I had been rude earlier in the day and that it was a chaotic morning for me.. She told me that this was no excuse for being rude, and they had a stressful morning too, and I had no business speaking that way. (I was not really rude, just exasperated. I did not swear or berate)She began to lecture me about the meaning of Aloha and being kind to people. She again stated you get what you give. I told her I did not need a lecture, and she told me that she did not need one either. I eventually just ended the call.As a paying customer, I believe I deserve a certain level of professionalism. I did not receive that. Do not rent from them.I will not use them again, and I travel to Maui at least annually to see family. I have never been treated this way by a customer service rep, much less a manager. Do not use them
