Complaints against both "Waikiki Beach rentals.Com" and Unit owners (#****-******* Drazin), and (#**** - *********************************). Both falsely advertised but did not deliver. Both failed to rectify the problems and/or compensate us. We request Waikiki BBB, to take appropriate actions, as detailed below.We rented 2 ****** condo Units #**** & #**** (**** **************). Unit **** had dirty/ filthy dishes that were unusable until we washed them. Owners were supposed to provide all clean dishes, etc. they charged us cleaning fee but refused to refund us anything. Unit **** had blocked kitchen sink and garbage disposal unit not working. Therefore kitchen was not usable for over 24 hours after our check-in. As well as unit phone not working (no phone line). All these were supposed to be working BEFORE we checked in. We had to use our own cell phone to call Waikiki Beach Rentals (WBR), which incurred long-distance cell phone charges (out of Country), unnecessarily. It was more that 24 hrs before they fixed unit **** problems but did nothing for Unit ****. They both refused to compensate us in any way or refund us for both units. They had falsely advertized about the unit phone, saying "Free call to US mainland & ******." But how can u do that if they provided no unit phones lines?? Staff/Employee of WBR, esp ******************* was not only unhelpful but kept giving us a run around and false information. Our Rental Agreement was with the owners (#****-******* Drazin), and (#**** - *********************************), but both owners ignored our complaints. **************** responded that WBR was completely in charge, althought our Rental Agreement had his name. There were no Fire Extinguishers provided, despite both units had cooking facilities. We paid $USD ******* for each unit which included $USD 154 cleaning fee.We request Cleaning Fee refund of $USD ****** for Unit #****. We request Refund of $USD ****** for 2 days rate ($945/5 = 189 daily rate) for **********, as compensation.
