    On October 28, 2022, I reserved through Vrbo a 1-bedroom condo unit managed by Midway Realty LLC and located at ****************** Condos, ***********************************************************************. Upon check in on the 5th of Dec, 2022.For the first two days I received a texts from ********* the Midway manager until we discovered around the bottom of the toilet a BROWN RING STAIN WITH WHAT APPEARED TO BE SOMEONE ELSES PUBIC HAIRA photo was taken and fwd to ********* of Midway, the next morning we woke up to 2 SMALL ROACHES IN THE BATHROOM SINK & COUNTER NEAR OUR TOOTHBRUSHES. (We took a photo of it and fwd it to Midway). When they did respond a day later, they apologies and stated that they did not know that there were any roaches in the unit and that this was the first time they heard about it, and their remedy to address the issue was to have an exterminator stop by and exterminate, which meant that we will have to leave the unit for ***** hrs, and be unconvinced, I responded that unfortunately that will not work due to the fact my wife is allergic to pest control products and any exposure to her will cause her to be hospitalized. At no time did they ever offer to relocate us to another of their many units in the building, nor did ********* or anyone from Midway ever stop to check in us by or call when their office was downstairs in the same building unit T1-301, they just kept their distance. The next morning, we again woke up to small roaches in the bathroom, so again we took a photo of it and fwd it to *********. On the next day I encountered two maintenance workers on the floor and asked them if they were aware of any ***** issues on the floor and they replied based on a conversation with a previous occupant of the same unit #****, they did mention the presence of roaches in the unit, as well as the unit next to it. The next evening when returning from dinner we were greeted by an adult *****, which again we notified Midway and their response was that it must have been a previous occupant who probably left the window open and they flew in, really all the way up to the 19th floor???, any way these were the constant poor & childish excuses provided by ********* and his Midway Realty team, were totally unexpectable. When we requested to be compensated due to ***** Infestation in the unit, because if I would have known there was issue in the first place I would of never rented it, and worst to find out that this is/was a pre-existing condition that has never been addressed or not properly corrected in the first place, clearly indicates to me poor management and its all about the money and nothing else. Midway responded by offering to refund me on our last night stay if we leave, but it was up to us to find our own accommodations, I responded if others hear about your poor management and practices am sure it will affect your business so you should be more customer focus in properly addressing their needs and concerns so they could be a repeat customer. ********* responded that they dont appreciate being blackmailed and to make sure we never book any of their properties again in the future, they can count on that, readers beware.
