            This compliant regards a fraudulent airbnb service provider we encountered in ****** Sep2-6 ***** We came to ****** for our wedding after being postponed for 2 years due to COVID-19. We booked 4 nights after the wedding day because we wanted to have a more intimate/unique experience with the family/friends as opposed to a generic hotel stay at the Waikiki beach area. We checked in the day after our ceremony day, all tired and wanting some good rest. Little did we know, the decision to stay at this place took a wild turn and negatively affected the rest of our wedding trip: Immediately we checked in, we noticed the traffic noises, excruciating traffic noises. Not only through vibration through the air, but the structure. We felt the shaking of the house structure. Using a sound meter app, we collected some 60s of traffic noise samples (see https://photos.app.goo.gl/zXUEp5L4bWgfK4se8) at around 11:38 pm 2022-09-02 (inside with the single-pane window closed), it shows an average of 90db with a *** of 114db. The noises didn't subside through out the night. We had to move out the very next day.The host rejected the refund arguing they put a minor side note in a collapsible section describing the stay is "a bit of noises". We believe this is a fraudulent behavior and not telling the truth.
