            On 24 January 2023, we ordered a taxi from The Cab for a pick up the following morning (25 Jan) at 06:00. The cab was required to go to Hanauma Bay to go snorkelling. We were outside the pickup location at 5:45 and at 6:15, we called the company as the cab had not shown up. The company said they could see the reservation but it was registered as being completed. No cab had shown up so she said would send another and it should be there in 15 minutes. Again no show and when we called for a second time she told us no cab was available. It was now too late to make our reservation at Hanauma Bay and we forfeited 4 admissions to the site at a cost of $100. Extremely disappointed with the service or lack there of and the subsequent loss of our opportunity to snorkel at one of the better sites in Oahu. Would like to be compensated for the loss of our reservation.

            A week ago, I called and reserved a taxi to pick me up today at 10:15 AM at my home, and to be taken to ******************* on **************************. The person I talkedto confirmed it, and I also gave my phone number as instructed in case the driver needed me to contact me. Then on the morning of my pickup appointment, at 9:30 AM, I called TheCab to confirm my appointment and pickup time, and she told me that yes, she has it and it's confirmed. I then waited on the street at 10:15 AM, till 10:25 AM, and the driver never showed up. So I called TheCab to ask if the driver is coming to my pickup appointment. And she checked and told me that my reservation is not listed.I told her that I just spoke to someone this morningand it was listed. So she tried to get in touchwith the driver and finally told me that she can't get in touch with him.I was so upset that I had to flag down a taxi I seen on the street from another company. Because of this, wishy washy mess, I almost missed my medical procedure appointment, and just made it in time for my check in. I'll never call this company ever again.
