I contacted the above business to schedule shuttle service on Oct 7/2022 and return service on 21 Oct 2022. when I called the phone number it disconnected but I had a return call from a ******* ** number inquiring if I had called. I requested quote on shuttle service from ********* to the airport and return shuttle service on ****************************************** back with a quote. She did call back with a quote for ****** for this service, I provided credit card information and was told that a receipt and confirmation would be e mailed to me. The email never came but my credit card was promptly charged ******. I called back several times requesting receipt and confirmation, then asking what business this is as the credit card charge was from a company I was not knowingly dealing with. The lady I was speaking with would not answer my questions and told me she had sent the email several times. I then told her to cancel services requested and refund my credit card, she stated she could not do this. I told her I no longer want the services and to refund my card for the services requested as no receipt or confirmation were sent. I no longer felt comfortable dealing with a company I was now not sure of who they actually were. She then sent me a text that credit card would be refunded in 3 to 4 days. I do not feel confident that this will happen.
