June 2020 I went to this surgeon for a breast augmentation, I had capsulation a few months later ( surgeon Never advised me at time of original surgery that having had a reduction (by him) at age 18 that my risks for said capsulation would be greater. During capsulation correction in Feb. 2021 the surgeon let me know his eye ( he recently had, had some surgery done to eyes or eye area in ********** ) would not be a problem. During capsulation replacement something happened and I bleed almost 3times more then all of surgeries combined including the following 2 emergency surgeries, including mis-diagnosis and severe infection. The surgeon/owner of The Breast Implant Center of Hawaii would not accept my original consolation I received after replacing last implant ( I was on a wound vacuum for over a month, lost my international career, and now face disability ) He organized for me to seek a SECOND consultation of his choice which he arranged through his office. Once I obtained 2nd Consultation (stating the same as original consolation ) he blew up ( witnessed by staff) and stated he would not only reimburse me for original cost, but cost to repair by surgeon of my choice ( as long as it wasn't be 2nd surgeon of consolation ) plus damages even enough left to "buy a new truck" This was followed by his usual gaslighting until I sent an email to witness outlining EXACTLY what was said. This was followed by an immediate response from lawyers that lead to a running out of my statute of limitations. Being that he is well connected in the state of Hawaii and has ties in a covid ********* in the MANY gross mistakes, patient abandonment and having had 2 other business's closed on 2 separate Islands, add in kickbacks from implant company, and the fact that he has had several malpractice charges he is very smart in manipulating the law. When taken to MICP he stated 2nd surgeon destroyed records and Surgeon/Owner has falsified my medical records in his favor.
