The ************* of ****** (***) ***** of ********* and committees recently implemented a CV-19 Vaccine Policy that forced the termination of (5) teachers. They did not communicate to the parents negotiations were started back in October 2021 and did not allow a testing alternative. Im not debating the Vaccine policy but the lack of transparency, communication, and a plan to mitigate the second and third order effects. I inquired if there was a plan to fill the vacancies mid January 2022 when I unofficially found out about the impending terminations. Only then was a letter released to the parents about the impending mandate and assurance of a plan in place to minimize disruption. They have refused to speak to me over the phone or in person and only provide vague email responses to myself and other parents. Now all in the children in the whole school are in the gym at 4pm everyday watching TV due to a shortage in staff which is counter productive to the safety measures they are trying to implement. I still do not know who the board members are or any point of contact. I left multiple messages with no response and email request for a call but no one is able to call me. The resolution Im seeking is a town hall with the parents and a question and answer session, virtually would suffice. I ask the teachers and staff but they direct me to the *** Pastors and board because they are the policy makers. But no one at *** will answer our questions or address our concerns. They did not provide this information during October when deposits for next year were due for next year and applications for other preschools were also during this time. The lack of transparency and communication is extremely disappointing. The Preschool may be potentially out of licensing requirements as far as qualified teachers and students ratios. The children may be at risk but they still refuse to call me back or meet with me.
