On 03/01/23 I was rear-ended in a 3 car accident caused by a commercial vehicle insured by Ace American Insurance Co. Policy # ISAH10691023. My claim adjuster with Progressive, ******************************* **************, filed a claim on my behalf with *** on the following morning. I was given the claim number *********. I was told that I should hear from them within 48 hours. It has now been over two weeks and I have yet to hear from them and I have not been able to get my car repaired. When I try to call ***, I am transferred to Chubb Insurance (they seem to own Ace) that tells me they are aware of my claim but that they can't give me any information because my claim is being processed by a third-party called ********* ******* and that I should call them. When I call ********* *******, they say they have no record of my claim and that it must not have been sent to them. I have contacted ***** multiple times to let them know there is an issue with my claim and that it has not been sent to ********* correctly. Neither Chubb nor ********* is making any effort to get to the bottom of the issue or help me resolve the issue so that I can get my car repaired.
