    This company led me to believe it would make a good-faith offer on my home which I have put $200,000 of renovations into. ****** has my house listed at about $1,025,000, but we agreed they would price all of the household goods and my $55,000 Tesla into the sale. That's nearly $1.1 million in assets. I was told that the offer "all in" would be less than the $720,000 that I owe. I suppose if your house is being condemned, this might be a good deal; however, if you have put any love into your home, it is best not to count on this as an effective option. The company then told me that I could use their concierge service to sell the home. It didn't take much to deduce that the intent to purchase was a scam altogether and that the concierge service was what they were selling through deceptive means. If you want my business, don't lie to me about the service you are offering, and certainly don't offend me. It was a complete waste of time.
