    On 9/19/23 I attempted to purchase 4 bottles of liquid extract from Hawaii Pharm. On 9/20 I received a email saying my transaction failed & my payment didn't go through to try again. On 9/23 I received a email saying my items were delivered, which indeed I did receive a shipment from them with a order #******. On 9/26 I contacted the seller and requested a refund because I had already ordered from Amazon since my transaction didn't go through with Hawaii Pharm. They said I can send the items back but I'd have to pay for shipping myself because they claimed they were not at fault, they said when the items arrived they would inspect them & issue a refund. I paid the shipping fees I sent the bottles back packaged safely, I emailed them with a tracking number. The tracking number is **********************. The items arrived 10/2. I emailed again on 10/4 asking when can I expect a refund since the items had been delivered back to them. I have gotten no response and no refund. My credit card payment is coming up & I have absolutely no response from the seller. I've tried calling the telephone number on their website & I get no answer. & now no responses through emails. The amount total for this has been ****** + **** shipping.

    Hello,

    This order was returned 7 business days ago, and it takes us about **** business days to process returns to ensure that returned products are in re-sellable condition. We have reviewed this return and issued a full refund for the order and return shipping cost in the amount of $113.40.
    Please note that we have not received any emails or chat requests from this customer since she initiated the return and we would have ensured her that we will process her return and issue a refund in the order that it was received.
