4/10/23 moved into a unit after being required to sign a lease and being denied access to unit for preview before moving in after inquiring several times as to the process and condition of the home. Told the Navy needed to complete an inspection before moving in, our preview date was cancelled and not rescheduled. After moving in and filling out condition inventory none of the issues we brought forward were addressed until June 2023, we were given a unit with a faulty a/c unit and the company failed to disclose and inform that there were issues with the electrical and that the solar panels affixed to the unit aren't wired to the home and don't impact the electricity in any way. When we inquired and requested remediation the company denied our request and has failed to provide proper information or justification as to the billing of our unit and the lack of sub-metering in the four plex we live in as well as being charged more the state rate for electricity, the excessive bill for electric and the failure to comply with state regulations for disclosure and consumer landlord/tenant law.
