This company has sent me another fraudulent bill. On February of 3rd I received an email from Computant telling ** we must redownload the new application or the app would not work. We did so on our own and then received a bill when we didnt even speak with them on the phone we got billed $150 and $75 a total of $225 for emails and they were the ones reaching out to ** forcing ** to preform this task to keep their system running properly. Please remove this bill! If you sell a product it should work properly you cannot keep kicking ** out of the system and then charging ** to get back into it. This just seems like a scam!

CompuTant is not the manufacturer of the iTab POS software, only a reseller. We do not control the changes to the software or the schedule for updates. Each time the manufacturer pushes updates to their software they require the merchant to run the client side update as well. If client does not know how to update their application and requests assistance from CompuTant, that is a separate charge. Any service requests after the initial setup of the system is an additional charge.
