Horrible experience. Had my daughter's screen replaced while on vacation in **** (April 7, 2025). When we picked it up the screen sat higher than the original but she assured us that was normal. When we got home the phone became glitchy and would shut off 2-3 times per day. About 2 weeks after we got home my daughter went to grab her phone and the screen fell off into her hand. When we took it to the Apple store they confirmed that not only was the screen replacement cheap, it was installed incorrectly. I have called 5 times (manager is always "away"), I have emailed twice, tried to contact them several times via their website, Instagram, and ********. I didn't want to have to write a bad review but it is clear they have no intention of contacting us and refunding our money ($197 down the drain).

I went with my short and e scooter. A big mistake, they try to rip me off by saying a replaced battery in my tablet was somehow not their responsibility. The new battery was worse than my five year old battery. First, they said they would replace it. Then they said they want to only look at it. Then they say they will "order" a new battery but if I am not satisfied, they would only install a battery I buy on my own. Let's see, all they got to say is they change my battery, but it still does not work, wallah, I have to buy my own battery and pay more when I paid them for a new battery and labor so that my table would be decent. They said it was a new battery! Well if you sell the battery and labor, you have responsibility that the battery is not defective, especially if you can buy the battery online for $20 but you charge for $60! These guys are not honest. Beware, if things go good, okay, if things go bad, prepare for them not taking the full if any responsibility. Buyer beware! That is how they operate their business.Supplement: If you take in your car, make full payment, but it is worse off than when you placed it for repair, yeah, I can complain about it. You said you did not fix the tablet - I just disputed on my ******************* Oh jeeshhh. Just stop it while you are ahead. You say you were in business 15 years, your **** filing for your business is Oct 5, 2015, Articles of Incorporation , **************************** P/D Oct 1, 2016. Your mailing address is ********, but you make your lawsuit receiving agent in *******, ****. Your LLC is inactive because you started another entity with similar name.

The customer called stating the issue with the new battery that it was not holding a charge and that he would give it a couple of days to see if it improved.  He called back a couple of days later that the battery was not holding a charge.  We offered to have him bring the device back in and we would diagnose it as the device is over 5 years old and if it needed to  have the battery we installed replaced, we would order a new battery and replace it without charging him however if the second time there was an issue we offered a second option that he could bring his own battery, upon which he became enraged and stated that we didn't want to fix the device.  The customer came to our location making accusations and yelling at our staff.

Its very challenging for us to serve a customer when you are being yelled at and called a liar.  The customer did not give us an the opportunity to resolve the issue.  When doing any interaction business or not treating people with respect is always the starting place.  Not yelling and screaming.  Just to recap, we offered to resolve the issue, the customer chose to make accusations calling our staff liars, made a scene at our place of business and disrespected our staff.  He then proceeded to write negative reviews and continue his accusations.  We have hundreds of positive reviews and do our best to resolve our customer's tech issues with honesty and ******************** unfortunate that we were not given the opportunity to resolve this customer's issue but again he never gave us the opportunity and did not treat our staff with respect, in that sense we would rather not have this individual's business.

I also want to add that I sent the customer a private message on yelp to reach out to me directly with my personal phone number as I am the owner.  I feel that through direct respectful communication this issue can be resolved, I have yet to receive any communication directly from the customer.  Again I want to reiterate, that its difficult to solve an issue when you are not given the opportunity to fix it or are treated respectfully.
