I received a billing statement for *****$ from a visit posted as 06.22.2020 At no time did I go to this facility. I did go to All Access Ortho in ******** back in 2019; I assumed due to covid 19 issues, billing my co-payment (my appt was covered by insurance in ******** and I paid on site for services rendered) had come up as a small differential *****$; i didnt question it and made a PHONE payment by debit card (my medical HSA debit card) for ***** on March 30, 2023; my anthem medical insurance debit card shows the deduction as occurring on March 30,2023. Payment made to " All Access Ortho ********". Since March, I have receieved the same statement for ***** and May, stating that I still have a balance due of *****$. I believe this is a scam company- and that they will continue to bill for the same amount as long as I keep paying. However, I do not believe it will ever be legally challenged as anything but a balance billed, since they will not submit this to collections agency. Recently, they issued robo calls to my phone for the same balance request. I would like the BBB to investigate their claim for multiple payments, and also investigate how they came to bill me for a medical visit that does not exist- that is, there was no payment ever made, there was no xray ever taken on June 22, 2020 (while we were in complete lockdown during Covid 19).i believe this was a data breach by ********** ******************* or HMSA or some other entitity- and this scammer is using stolen data from my previous visit to All Access Ortho-******** in 2019. I also believe that higher authorities need to be contacted regarding the blatant harassment that is occurring from this scam via the federal mail system AND over the phone via robo calls. I also would like my $***** returned back via check or cash.additionally, the phone number that is listed on their website : ********************************************** website number ************** robo-caller
