      . April 30 I first contacted this business inquiring about a rental for my family May 2nd i was contacted by one of their property mangers by the name of ****, a day later saw the apartment and later on that day filled out and application for the apartment. On May 4th i was informed by **** that the management of the apartment would now be managed by a new property manager. May 5th I was informed . that the new property manager name was Kapono, however i did not hear from him until Sat May 7. At that time we were told that we had the apartment pending section 8 wand we informed them that we would we will take the apartment, and the process begin. On Monday May 9 I called my section 8 worker and begin the process in order to move. May 13th i I contacted Kapono and informed him I had sent him the section 8 rental package by email as he had requested, however i did not here form him until May 17th On May 22 I received a text message from Kapono that i did not qualify for the apartment. Monday May 23rd i went into the office where i met Duke, Sky and Kapono where the four of us reached out to my section 8 worker who informed us that in order for us to move forward in knowing whether or not if the apartment would pass section 8 the paper work would need to be submitted. May 25 he finally submitted the package, subsequently we found out that Kapono submitted an incomplete package. On June 1st I reach out to Kapono to once again to get any any updated on we are in the process and was told he no longer works for the company, that **** the old property manger will now be back in charge of the property . On that day I spoke to both **** and Duke and was was promised that any movement on my application i would be contacted. June 9 I contacted **** and was told that the landlord went in another direction I then reached out to Duke I was informed that an email went out that the landlord did not want to wait for section 8 that i needed to get approve faster

      This company only caters to the homeowners and not the renters. Honestly, they treat renters like worker bees and drug dealers/mules to earn their money. Do not expect, especially ************************* to return your calls if you have questions or whether you cannot make a showing time that inconveniences her. She never answers her phone nor does she text you back if you need anything. This company is very unethical. I paid $55 application fee, and ******** never followed up with me via email or phone call to advise me whether I was selected to rent or not. My case to rent was different as I had pets, which most homeowners do not allow. I called Kateryna to check whether I was accepted bc I was credit and financially qualified but never heard back. Then the company writes me that they were sorry I wasnt chosen then blamed me and said that they called me which is a total lie. Very poor communication as the amount of times I conversed with ******** was very minimal with no effort considering I was one of 2 serious renters that were approved to apply. I had questions that went unanswered and she did NOT review or go through the steps of applying with me. ******** is far from being thorough in her work. Very unfair business practices from ************** (she doesnt take responsibility and gave me a snarky response) and ********.
