  Unreliable, dishonest, and the absolute worst experience I have ever had with a company. The technician rescheduled and canceled on me several times. The company charged me for cheap PVC drain pipes and a faucet that was well over 10X the price - they can justify that it is for the installation and service but that was even subpar because they had to come out several times to fix it, and it was never fixed. I ended up going with another company to fix what they couldn't. I am not sure how they have so many 5 star yelp and ****** reviews, it makes no sense. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT go with this company for your plumbing/drain needs.

  They sent a technician and we were told that we needed to get a new toilet and flange!However he wanred to charge us over $ 800 for the ****** on top of the $429 and some odd cents he already charged!!!We told him not to do anything,and that we'll try to fix it ourselved.The bolts for the toilet was rusted and the recommendation that we should get a new toilet and ******,a charge of $1300!!!We decidwd that he don't do anthing!!IWe don't understand why the $429.32 is warranted for a job that was NOT completed!!!We're out of that money and still need to fix the problem!!To all that have searched this company,DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!We've reached out to the office and all we're getting is the runatround!!I've NEVER had to deal with a company lkie this before,yet they claim they are a reputable company.They said they would call back but they haven't!ICalled them back and they said we have to wait till Monday!!!Terrible customer service!!!

  Our production manager connected with **************** and heard her concerns regarding her situation. Upon our initial visit, the toilet had rusted bolts and was missing the ******. It was recommended that they install a new toilet with proper parts as just resetting it may cause leaking in the future. They did not want to proceed with a new install, therefore our tech provided a pull and reset of the toilet. After calling in and voicing her concerns, our tech went back out and replaced the rusted bolts and wax ring at no charge. We followed up with **************** several days later to ensure that everything was working and to their satisfaction. She was happy and had no further complaints.

  I had the Estimator come out to replace rusted brackets on my copper line, he gave me an estimate and I agreed, He asked for a deposit of $250 to start and schedule job, Job cost me $1200 total, $950 due balance.******* arrived, he said I don't have a pressure Regulator, to regulate pressure coming into my house, he gave me an estimate of $1400 total of the 1st estimate which was $1200, Regulator, copper pipes, new brackets and fittings. I asked him do I get an invoice, he said its sent to my email, 1st estimate and new 2nd estimate, which I never received any of it. I signed, to complete the job. He did a very nice job, he told me to write the balance of $950 so he can close out the first job estimate, and write him a check of $1400 for the new second estimate, I told him you are charging me 2 times? $1200 and $1400, He called the office, they said they will review the 2 estimates and cost of both estimates. and deposit my $250 deposit, and my $1400, total $1650. They also deposited my $950 check from the 1st estimate. I got no return calls from Keone and ******.I called again on 12/07/2022. They are all on a flight to the mainland, won't be back for another week or 2. I am over charged $950. I am retired and on a fixed income. How Dare the office of Drain ************** take advantage of Local Senior Citizens!! (were is my Refund Please?)
