      I opened an account recently and have been unable to access the account online since. I exchanged several emails with staff over several days and I had a twenty minute phone conversation with a support team member this morning. Long story short, I still can't access my account online. And, the support staff seemed to have no problem with letting me go without having resolved the ********** tells me it will send the code via email and the email never arrives. Then, it just takes me back to the beginning. There isn't much point in having an account that isn't accessible.
