  Please do not hire this Contractor
  I contracted with Jeffery's Quality Services (Jeffery V*******) of ******* or ****, GA, back on 8/11/2024 to add a roof over our back deck and wire a ceiling fan for the space and hot tub.
  He is an excellent salesperson, but a very poor building contractor. On 8/19/2024, he informed me that to obtain a building permit he had to add a border on 12" thick concrete around the existing deck pad, which I authorized at an additional cost that was paid for immediately. His untrained and unsupervised laborers started work the next day with limited tools. Then on 8/23/24, I authorized and paid him in full to install gutters. His laborers again had no idea what they were doing.
  After seeing the unsatisfied work done on the added concrete, installed gutters and giving time to fix issues and that he could not produce the permit, I told him that he if returned to the property that County Sheriff would be called to have him removed. He tried to proof that he had applied for the permit, but the County had no record, even months, later.
  I paid him $11,400 and the contractor that completed the job had to remove the concrete very poorly installed and was not required by the County and replace the gutters. I incurred a loss from this contractor of approximately $14,000.

  Workmanship is junk.. Took him 2 months to screen in a 10x21 deck and I had to finish it myself.
  Used my ***** card to buy things that had nothing to do with my deck..
  He should be in jail for what he has done to me and my neighbors.. HES A THIEF NOT A CONTRACTOR

  I am IMMENSELY disappointed with the work that has been done by this contractor. He was paid in full to cut down and haul off a tree, and put a tin roof on a shed for me. After SEVERAL promises to complete these jobs he finally showed up completed half of both jobs and then he disappeared for 2 weeks. When he eventually returned my phone calls and texts trying to see when he would actually be back he gave me a sob story about his health and refused to refund half of my money when I told him I didn’t trust him to complete any more work for me. A neighbor was kind enough to haul off the tree but my shed is still not complete. The roof will have to be completely redone because he clearly did not know what he was doing. I have spoken to a lawyer to get my money back. Absolutely do NOT recommend this company at all. Waste of time and money.

  did not get what I paid for. Very bad businessman. I paid him to cut 2 trees down and haul all debris off. I paid in full in advance. It took him 2-1/2 weeks to finally come cut 1 tree down after numerous texts. He left the tree in my front yard and I had to pay someone to haul it off. Never got the 2nd tree cut down. I have 3 other neighbors that paid him to do work that he didn't finish.

  I had a terrible experience with this contractor. He made promises of giving me professional and quality work but he is so incompetent that my brother had to tell him how to rectify some projects that he had done incorrectly. He started remodeling my bathroom and the tile work was so bad I stopped him midway the job and had to get someone else to redo the job. The worst was that he started several projects on my house such as hanging my front and back door but never completed the job. He worked on installing new outlets and light switches but never finished . He has not been back to finish the projects he started but has texted several times that he will have the job completed in a few days. I have consulted my lawyer..
