      There is no reason for the civil court actions being taking against me, considering that I have been a tenant in this complex which is named Arden Place Apartments for two years and seven months up till now I have been living there I was never evicted just given a notice so why is this being treated as if I never paid the rent. This needs to be resolved and removed from my credit report I dont owe them any unpaid rent to this property, PDQ has never reached out to me for anything. I have been to the Houston County Magistrates court inquiring how to resolve this problem, and this has to come from your office and the apartment owners or manager this has to be resolved or I be forced to retain a lawyer,

Any information obtained will be used for the PURPOSE OF ATTEMPTING TO COLLECT A DEBT. Your overall dispute is vague. And Unfortunately I am unable to locate which account is showing up on your credit report. I am not able to respond to you without more information.We invite you to communicate with us further in writing if you have additional questions. Our address is "PDQ SERVICES **** P.O. *****************************"Our policy is always to send a letter to any consumer when the account is place. However, the letter may not have reached for any number of reasons. That being said, we will gladly discuss this with you.

      This place is very unprofessional and have no clue on the law and rights of others. They hire unqualified supervisors who drink and drive while having employees in their care. The young men who work for them either need a job because they cant get work else where and they manipulate them so they just go along with the flow. There is so much wrong going on in this place of business including with some of the Officers and Marshals they are telling these young men that they are band from the county because they either get upset because the women dont give them attention and give the attention to the young men. Some get upset and use their power because their feelings get hurt. As an peace officer we should be there only to in force the law. We dont enforce our feelings. We dont enforce contracts or policies just the law and these young me have rights.
