- 1. All deposits made to RM Construction Group are fully refundable if the client cancels or postpones the scheduled 'work to be completed' before the start date as outlined in the 'Painting Contract,' the verbally agreed upon date, or the 'Acceptance Email/Text.
2. Satisfaction Guaranteed: The subjective nature of painting prevents RM Construction Group from offering refunds after work begins. We guarantee 100% satisfaction (the "Satisfaction Guarantee"). We will continue accommodating the client, including arranging additional Painting Services to repair defective or deficient work, until you are 100% satisfied. Suppose we could have satisfactorily fulfilled the Painting Contract. In that case, you must notify us by phone or email within three calendar days of completion, and we will fully repair the issue for free. Only at our discretion will we fix problems not reported within three days. No refunds or credits will be given after work begins and RM Construction Group is paid. - Business Categories
