    2/22/25 I purchased 2014 ********** nothing made sense in this transaction. I wanted the 2016 end up with 2014 I knew about the mirror damage, interior damage, major scratches but had no idea about the blown transmission, 2 other codes for the engine. The code came on when I purchased gas within 1 mile of vehicle purchase. The transmission started jerking and not shifting within a mile of where I purchased vehicle. I had a call from the salesperson as I left stating he was watching me leave which was alarming. I barely got home. I attached bills from the auto repair shop as suv was in shop the salesperson stated nothing wrong with transmission. I asked for M exchange of vehicle he never responded back. I also sent a certified letter to kmb auto sales . No response. I need a refund so i can purchase another vehicle aa I need to move ****. All vehicles were removed from ******** marketplace since I complained on sales person ******** this is where I found this ad for the vehicle. The vehicle was brought to a shopping center in **************** where i paid $5000 cash. No title has been sent as stated on bill of sale. I have called dealership no response. It took 6 hours to receive a paper tag. If no response I will file with Magistrate Court .

    Who sold her the car.

    ****** is the person that runs that car lot now. I have been gone since  Sept.  2024.

    I am back now part time but I know nothing about this

    On July 30, 2022 I purchased a vehicle from this dealership, a drive out tag was assigned to the car. I paid $4000.00 cash for this vehicle, they stated they did not have the title transferred in their name so it had to be sent to the state and I would get the title via US MAIL. I trusted the fact that they would take care of the titlework. The drive out tag has since long ago expired, we can not drive the vehicle with the expired drive out tag. I have numerous calls to them, speaking with *******. They will not respond to my calls and I have not gotten the title. This is 4 months ago, by law, they are to present a transferred title to the new buyer within 45 days, has not happened. I have bill of sale and documentation to show I paid for the car $4000.00 cash. I need the title for this vehicle and they are avoiding my numerous phone calls. I need you to step in and help me obtain this title, I paid for the car, I did everything required, they on the other hand, will not respond or send a title. This vehicle was purchased to replace a vehicle that was no longer road-worthy and has just sat in my yard with its expired tag! I have read several complaints similar to mine so this should not be an isolated event that you have had to deal with. I paid for the car, I demand my title.

    i am very sorry for this misunderstanding about the title.  I have the title here and I thought she was coming to get it but i gues i misunderstood.  I have had alot going on and i am the only one working here doing the title and was out the last 3 months just coming in a few days a weekdue to my momma being very ill and almost lost her .  I know this is not her problem.  I did not know she had even been trying to call.  I will send her the title out Asap.  Once againg I am very sorry for the misunderstanding of this matter.
