    BTS TOP Top bottom was sent out by Choice Warranty to fix a dripping shower head. You would think that this would be a minor fix compared to other plumbing issues. However, by the time one of their employee took apart the mental piece where you turn on the shower created a major mess. He then he connected a tool and began turning and jerking back and forth until he broke off the *** away from the flow valve. He said, I broke it. It was hard to turn. He said it was his fault. He said, he will have to cut a hole in the wall to get to the broken valve. He cut a large square hole in the drywall. When he took out the flow valve he said it would have to be replaced but he doesn't think it will be covered by the warranty company. He said to my husband, I know it's my fault but would you pay for the extra part if the insurance company don't cover it. My husband said no. He call his boss and explained. He agreed to come back and fix it. He said he would have to come back after they hear from the warranty company. Also, cameras picked up the entire conversation between him and my husband. We called their office many times. They did not answer or it was forwarded to voicemail, going back and with ***** unprofessionalism. A couple of days later my husband called again and spoke to *****. ***** was so rude and defiant it was unbelievable. ***** made many excuses why he couldn't send the guy back out to complete the work. Almost 3 weeks had passed. I called ***** and he began yelling, using profanity and saying he wasn't going to complete the work. He said take him to court. He doesn't care. According to the warranty company, before the wall was cut, he should of call them first. THIS COMPANY AND OWNERS IS NOT WORTHY TO BE LICENSED ANYWHERE. This company deserves a below O. If I had read customers reviews, they would not been allowed on my property. These vendors are taking advantage of warranty companies to over charge customers. ******

    **************** sent BT's Top To Bottom ******************** to fix a leaky toilet and what a joke! Technician demanded the deductible up front maybe because Im black first red flag! 1. Technician was late 2. Technician arrived with multiple people in his work van (safety issue)3. Technician walked his disgusting plumber shoes in my home 4. Technician Used my decorative towels to complete his job 5. Technician left trash in my tub and closed the shower curtain 6. Technician needed to borrow my caulk to place the toilet back WTF!7. ****** is still leaking! The owner has an open criminal case and should not be allowed to do business. Dont ever use this company!

    Work and service was awesome. **** and **** was extremely kind and preformed excellent work. They were knowledgeable and walked us through the entire remodeling process. Their was was very competitive and several payment options. We definitely recommend this company and will use them again in the future.
