  When it comes to home improvement this is the best contractor in the *********/******* area, ******** is always professional and very skilled at what he does, my room looks like an entirely different area thanks to Just Another Carpenter definitely recommend doing business with him when it comes to any home improvement project!

  I recently had a drywall repair job I recently had a drywall repair job done in my living room after some unfortunate water damage, and I turned to Just Another Carpenter and Contractor for assistance. ****** arrived promptly and was incredibly professional. He assessed the damage thoroughly and took the time to explain the entire repair process to me. His attention to detail was impressive, and he made sure to match the texture of the new drywall with the existing walls perfectly. ****** was respectful and cleaned up after himself, which I greatly appreciated. The final result is seamless and looks as good as new!   I recently had the pleasure of working with ******** from Just Another Carpenter, and I cannot recommend him highly enough! When I found myself in need of drywall repair in my ******* home, I was fortunate that he traveled from ******* to assist me.   Worst, A total unprofessional had to redo all his work after giving him ****** dollars. We were refurbishing a home in ** from out of state trying to work with him. He stole our money never completed the projects lied about completing projects with staged pictures to receive payments and what he did do was terrible. He admitted, taking our money and using it for other projects, swearing to pay us back, but he never did. And the worst part of it was, he caused a flood in our house twice from Shoddy plumbing that he tried to cover up and cost us even more money to have the Mold remediated on top of having to hire a brand new contractor to do all the work again what a terrible experience.

  This is a warning, DO NOT under any circumstances do business with Just Another Carpenter LLC, the owner, ***********************************. He is contracting with customers, getting paid a deposit and then using that money to pay back previous jobs in which he screwed people out of their money. He and his partner **** were contracted to remove the textured ceilings from my entire home, demo and remodel my bathroom and some other minor repair paint and fence jobs. Let me start with the ceiling work, they worked almost 8 days and only 2.5 rooms were half-way started and my entire home was a complete mess. The ceiling work done was less than stellar and sloppily done; then they got paint and plaster all over my floors and walls that were just recently done.Now for the demo of the bathroom, they literally cut and threw away everything-they cut the pipes to the tub and to the sink all the way to the wall and they threw away every single piece of plumbing hardware. This was not discovered until I had to cut ties with them and hire another contractor, they all confirmed they had no reason to cut everything the way it was done.I finally said this isnt working, the work is sloppy, and the project is getting drug out. I agreed to pay for the demo of the bathroom and to refund the remainder of the money so I could contract with someone else. We went back and forth via text and phone calls; We finally agreed to an amount for the refund and luckily, he had left some of his tools and ladders at the house; then he told me I had to wait 2 weeks for the refund, 2 weeks became 3 weeks and now today he finally paid part of the remainder of the refund but wanted me to wait another week for the remainder and I said absolutely not. Then he tells me, he cant pay all the agreed upon amount that is documented in text because he paid somebody else who wont pay him back his money so he doesnt have the money to pay me the balance we agreed uponwhat does this have to do with me?
