    Sept. 14, 2023 i had appt with Derek’s Pro Tint to tint my windows on my *******. I arrived at his home where he does work in metal building. He is in front of bus directing me forward thru door. I am watching sides because it was close. Im inching in when I hear scraping. The roll up door was scraping the top of bus and tearing the top vent. I immediately stop and reverse. When I get out he replies he didn’t see the top vent. He says he’ll take care of it and takes me to a friend who he says has auto repair business. I get info and man says he’ll order vent. Tried to contact him for 6 weeks but never got him to answer. Contact Derek and make offer to take 1/4 of money ($450.) and do repair myself to get it settled. He agreed at first but never did anything. He refuses to pay anything.

    The driver of any vehicle is responsible for what happens when operating the vehicle. She should have been aware of the height of the vehicle and that there was something on top of the vehicle that increased the height. That's her fault not mine. If this is to come to pass she is not truthful of the amount that she asked for and I never agreed to. As stated she hit my building not me driving it into the building. I have references of how I handled business when I do run into a problem that I have made. I don't run from them.i have excellent reviews and work ethic. This is an unfortunate incident but I'm not responsible for her running into the building. It's no different from backing into someone using your camera only.

    As i stated i was driving as he directed me into his building. The original cash resolution was $450. He got me down to $300. After months of this. I will accept $300. To end this for good. Thanks.
