    Everything was working fine before they touched my car. After them repairing the recall now my high beams doesn't work. So they gave me another appt. to come in. After driving over an hr I was told by the representative (SHAY) that I would have to pay $149 diagnostic fee. Even though they were working before I took it there.

    This is a very dishonest company. I purchased a radiator online for a good price, and the next day they sent me an email saying the order was cancelled. When I called to ask why it was cancelled they said that "There are no radiators in the entire country!" But I had just called my local Toyota Dealership, and they had one there, it was just $150 more. They post fake prices just to take your information and then they make up lies about why they cannot send you the product they sell on their website. There is a reason this company gets an F rating from the BBB. They are dishonest.
