I have decided to attend the upcoming Spring semester at CGTC. I have has so many issues since August of 2021 just to get started. I have not been properly advised on the steps that I need to take in order to get my financial aid together. One moment I am being told to do this and get it complete it by this date. Then when I check back in a couple weeks later the schools states that they never see things that I was told to complete that I need to go and do this paperwork. Then I go and do that, thinking that that will be the final paperwork to resolve everything. The day before classes start I was told that I need something else. I have contacted the school multiple times and spoke to a director and nobody seems to get the frustration. I beyond disappointed in the way the school is treating me at this point.Business response

I cannot provide details to the BBB due to federal student privacy restrictions. However, I am happy to speak directly with the student to help resolve any issues. I have reached out to the director and I have not yet received any communication. The school should reach out to me in regards to this manner. I even made an attempt to call the financial aid department and still nobody has gotten back to me.
