    OUR experience at Gracie’s was totally unacceptable & I just want to bring awareness to the matter! September 21, 2025 my family & I were out celebrating my birthday & we were treated with the UPMOST disrespect a person could feel FIRST when we walked in everyone was lookin at us as if we DIDN’T belong! The bar was packed full with “CAUCASIANS”(no offense) & there was nowhere to sit so we went on the rooftop. SECONDLY we wasn’t given a menu THEN when it came down to it we had to ask for service/menu as if we weren’t guests like everyone else! Then while being served I was yelled at & talked to with no respect! The employee didn’t use her manners at all. We still didn’t leave but we should’ve known that was a red flag THIRDLY while going back in for a glass of water …all the guests at the bar started to yell “SECURITY” while laughing amongst themselves INCLUDING the employee. By this time we all saying we should leave & ask for a refund but as soon as we said that she was coming out with our food. Y’all tell me WHY our food was in a TO GO plate inside a paper bag! Her excuse was they had no plates & that just incase we wanted to take our food home its already in a TO GO plate.If we wanted the food to go thats how we would've ordered. Now,since we already paid for the food we just politely sat there & ate. They just really didnt want us there & you can definitely tell. LASTLY we go into the area where the grass wall is to take pictures.Here comes some guy saying “hey ladies imma get out y’all way so y’all can continue to act crazy” mind you we just taking pictures so we confused fr now!!The food was delicious but the CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS POOR!!! THIS ISN’T OK!!! We should not feel as if we don’t belong in a PUBLIC space! Something has to be done about this. This was by far the WORST experience I have ever had at any restaurant & someone should be held ACCOUNTABLE ….if I could leave NO stars that would definitely be their rating!
