      The property I reside (*******************)was nice until a change of management some months ago. Current management does not care at all about residents; only interested in self promotion Before current administration, I actually sang the praises of ******************* AND management.that was then! Now, its a whole new ball game. Current management doesnt care a bit about residents. Only interested in moving up the corporate ladder!! She is on a very big ego trip!My rent was increased by almost $500 from $443 to $891!my income is about $1600mo; the rate increase is MORE THAN 50%! THAT is insane and so very, very wrong!!I am 72SEVENTY-TWO years old!! Where am I going to go??I have not yet consulted attorney, but I WILL if something isnt done about this ************************* Apt 712 *******************

      This property is a Multifamily property that has full subsidy.This resident failed to report additional income so we had to terminate her subsidy and place her at Market Rent.This was explained to her by the site manager.Should you need further clarification, the Regional Manager will respond.Please email her at ******************************************* and make sure to copy me.

      On November 2nd, 2023 I received a notice that the membership fee would be increased by $100.00 in January 2024, noting the fee hadn't been raised in over 6 years. Yet, when I renewed in September 2023, my fee was raised $150.00. No reason was given.

      I have disabilities, my income is just over $900.00 per month. Rent before September was $488.00. Total rent as of September is $660.00 per month. In January it will be $760.00, 80% of my income.

      The fee covers 1 meal per day, which cannot be opted out of. I haven't had any food from the kitchen since July 2020. I can see several entrances to the main clubhouse, and in June 2020 during quarantine I saw kitchen workers standing right beside each other, no masks, and didn't use the hand sanitizer before entering.

      Reason 2: the staff were incompetent (all blamed someone else). Eventually I kept track, and out of 10 days, orders were incorrect or not delivered 7 times. Even though I had been mocked multiple times by kitchen/delivery/service, I know delivery issues weren't just me. Calling did nothing, they do not check the phone calls. I was going to the clubhouse to correct what was messed up, and on day 7 the lady at the front desk told me to call her. Apparently she told others, but this year there was a notice to not call the front desk for kitchen issues. Instead of fixing the kitchen, they stopped most deliveries.

      Previously staff could not take additional funds/work from tenants, but we got a notice saying some staff would be doing extra, private work not available to everyone, and they would be allowed to do it during the regular work day so even though they have a schedule, they aren't going to be held to it.

      They stopped spraying around the buildings for bugs. I called because for the first time in a decade, I had ants. The (different) lady at the desk told me she would sign me up, I had to wait a month. Called around a month, she didn't sign me up, and it was every 2 weeks.

      Hello,
      This is the first of hearing of her complaints; we have a [email protected] email for such as this.
      I am currently looking into her issues and will respond accordingly when I receive correspondence from the property manager.

      Upon further research, most of the items she is discussing happened in 2020 and most of those employees are no longer with us. Ordering meals is the only thing to not call the front desk for as that deals strictly with the kitchen staff. Meal delivery is currently being offered at a charge of $65/month. Regarding the Membership Services increase, yes, there has not been an increase in 6 years, hence the need for the increase due to increased operating expenses. Regarding Rent, she receives Rental Assistance, so I'm not sure what she is referring to except that her rent and membership package together total $488. An error was made in September, whereby an employee mistakenly charged her $150 extra and is currently in the midst of being corrected. At this time, she has a $450.00 credit on her account.
