I returned products to Perfectly Priscilla and they issued a store credit. The store credit does not work on their app, but only works online. I have been logging in repeatedly since February and always get a pop up that says they are currently working on their web site. I emailed them directly asking when they anticipated having their website back up so I could use my credit. They never responded. They don't respond to phone calls either. I just logged in today and this time the message states the "sorry, this store is currently unavailable". I feel like they closed their doors because the app looks exactly the same with no new products listed and when I tried to mock-buy something, it wouldn't add to my cart. If that is the case, that is understood - some businesses don't make it. However, what is not okay is keeping my store credit. I'm highly likely not the only one who had a credit. I don't remember the exact amount because I of course I can't get on my account since they deleted the website, but it was almost $60. Like $58 or $59 and some change. If they were closing their doors, steps should have been taken to ensure all customers received refunds on store credits on file or a notice sent to give customers an opportunity to use their store credit. I want the owner ****** to refund my money.
