Absolutely ridiculous unprofessional establishment. I paid for my items to be delivered and set up for the following Friday. The delivery never came Friday and nobody called me I had to keep calling them. I was told my stuff was never ordered and they had to go pick it up on Monday. Monday came no call no delivery again i had to call them. Tuesday I had to call them in the A.M finally my stuff was delivered after 6p.m. They scratched up my wall, broke my wood blind in my new construction home they took pics I wrote it on my receipt before i signed and they have a no return policy. I called several times spoke to every person that works there and i was told they have no manager but the owner would call me back and to this day she has not called ever for any of the issues that happened. no response at all. Then I look and the bed is not the color I order which was black this is some sort of blue grey and they gave me a cali king mattress instead of King so I have a gap at the end of my bed. I ABSOLUTELY WOULDN'T RECOMMEND ANYONE PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM EVER
