    I just went to automotive reconditioning services on 05/23/2024 for a estimate for my vehicle.There I met aguy who introduced himself as **** the manager. I told him that I had a unique situation .And I didn't have a normal insurance claim and that it was from safe lite auto. But where I needed the repair there was existing previous damage. He said he could do it. But it may be difficult to repair around the previous damage. I said he should let fleet response services know that since they would be paying for it. He wanted to charge $300 for the already dented truck lid. I then said I have a All-State insurance claim for supplemental damages if he knew how to do that. I pointed out everything that had been repaired. And said that they would pay for any additional damages. He said they would want to do a virtual estimate. And we went to his office to fill out the paperwork. Before leaving he regenerate that we would wait until All-State approval and just work on the Fleet response claim. I do not get a bill or say that I might be charge for the service. Two months went by. I called him to get a update since he had been saying that my car will be be ready weeks ago. And he didn't answer my calls. **** said my car was ready. Unfortunately when I got there **** wanted the insurance companies info. He and his Boss the owner I found out later name ******. Said that they were reimbursement for repairs that was already done. And that I have a balance of 3400. I said I had insurance claims. He said that's the amount to get my car back. I left confused. And they didn't provide a copy or anything from the business with the work done or amounts paid or owed. I tried to call **** with the adjuster from All-State. Be he didn't want to talk about it. I call the owner with the lead claim adjuster on the line 3way call.. ****** also did not want to talk. The. Company still has the vehicle. I don't know the final bill for Fleet response. Or All-State.
