    Went to this place for my first car. First off the lady **** or whatever her name is a liar and will say anything to get you to buy one of them lemons off that lot. I got a Jeep from them. I litterally just made a year in that car. Im a new driver so I barely drove until November/ December ish. In that little bit of time this car has given me problems that a person should not have to deal with within the first year. Throttle body going out so my car dragged, starter going out so theres times I got up for work and my car just wont start. Ancient Motor mounts have my car shaking like a stripper old struts, old breaks that have squeaked on and off since I got the car and even when I got them changed they still Squeal. Car had made all kind of noises since I got it. When I called up there to try to get some assistance this rude ignorant lady told me that car was not doing that like i can put that much damage on a car in just 4/5 months. Not to mention how I got the run around when I was trying to get a warranty. Oh, theres too many people here. Come another day, or some type of excuse. The mechanic and the employees at the oreilys on ********* highway specifically said oh you got that car from jays? Take it back but noooo I tried to trust that weird lady and now my car has been sitting because it needs all this work. My mistake was going alone due to me not having anyone and of course I was taken advantage of. So now Im paying 415 a month for a car that doesnt even work. The car was decent enough to make it off the lot. And just a few days later it started to fall tf apart. Horrible experience for my first car smh. They did me so wrong. And me and my son are suffering for it.

    I bought my car from them several years ago and paid it off several years ago. The car ran fine, but the issue is the fact that they didn't transfer the title over to me like they were supposed to and now I've relocated across country trying to sell my car and the receptionist was LESS than approachable when trying to explain to her what happened. The finance bank even called to explain what needed to happen and she was STILL rude beyond belief. All I need is for them to transfer the title to me properly and expeditiously before I have to get a lawyer involved.
