    Purchased car at Autostar tucker, have had car for 1 year, no maintenence was done on car was sold to me the battery was a 2015 which caused lack of power. There are major oil leaks and the rear diff bushings completly broken. Oil pan gasket as well as oil pan housing leaks repairs over *****. I have contacted the dealership as well as finance company to assist with this issue I was told they cant help, there is investigations going on with both dealerships and have been in the news for fraud and taking advantage of many people. I was told by **** the vehicle was inspected by the mechanics and everyrhing was in great condition which was lie this man has been in the news for stealing and taking advantage of people, from the purchase date until now ive been paying a car payment and paying for repairs for the vehicle, all I ask is for assistance to rectify this issue but was told to surrender the vehicle which would make my credit bad and lost of investment overall I hope that this issue is solved for everyone that was taken advantage of.

    Vehicle sold with no drive shaft. Differential is broken. Cv axles are broken and the sway bar is broken. There are missing bolts. I pay for warranty that doesnt cover anything due to me buying it with a lift kit already installed on it. I had the fuel pump assembly replaced 2 weeks after having it because they refuse to take it back or fix anything.

    On 5/15/2023 my mother and I went into Auto Star Dealership to purchase a car for myself . The only documentation I signed is the bill of sale that is attached and it also includes proof of the **** down payment I gave to them for a down payment on a vehicle. They told me due to my credit my Down payment would be **** but if I had a co-signer it would go down to ****. They began to try to persuade my mother that if she co-signed for me she would also get a car at the same time as me . Once she realized that wasnt true and they were just trying to coerce her into signing my documentation without any proof that she would also receive a vehicle she refused to sign any documents . They began to get frustrated because she caught on to the deception they were trying to do . Because I could only get approved with a co-signer and at that point I didnt have one so I asked for a refund because there was nothing else I could do at that point . They at first agreed to refund me my **** down payment but days later they decided they were no longer doing that offer . I am now without my down payment and I did not receive a car .
