      My experience seems to be the same as other complaints here. I ordered a laser pointer on 10/4/23 and immediately received a confirmation email stating that I would get a follow-up email with a tracking number. That was the only communication I ever received and the product never arrived. I emailed them 2 weeks later but never got any response. I also tried to call the various phone numbers on the email and their website (which lists a few different phone numbers), and they had all been disconnected. I had originally paid via PayPal, so I initiated a dispute for a refund there. Based on my experience and others posted here, I suspect that this business is entirely fake/fraudulent.

      I tried to call and email coolasers with their phone number and email that was provided and got no response.The phone number provided is no longer in service.Only got an initial email saying that they debited $389 for an item that I ordered from my debit card on the 27th of January.Have not reheard or response and item has not arrived.I observed similar complaints involving the same issue...

      Product was ordered on 11/1/2022 and email was quickly generated acknowledging the order as well as the charge to my credit card (order #*********) . As of 11/28/2022 I have not received the item. They have not responded to any of my emails asking for shipping status. They can not be reached phone #'s they post on their website.
