    Amount of transactions: $650 and $650 ($1300). ******* ***** is the CEO of *********************************. He was hired to develop an online drop shipping business by creating my domain name and online store, and providing one-on-one training and marketing for my online store. My online store was never completed. However, I made two payments of $650 ($1300) full price. I never received my permanent theme or business name, training for drop shipping, or one-on-one training with a marketing specialist. ******* also agreed to revise my online drop shipping store if I was dissatisfied with the theme and name of the business. I told ******* I was dissatisfied with the theme and name, so I requested a revision as promised. He later sent me another revision that wasn't appropriate for my consumers. ******* failed to attend our scheduled appointments on multiple occasions. He was more focused on his trading business. He ignored my calls and texts after I informed him that the revision was inappropriate for my buyers. I asked ******* for a refund, and he said NO. I informed him that I would report him to the BBB or take him to civil court because he didn't provide me with the service I paid for. I had a medical emergency and became critically ill while waiting for ******* to complete my online store. ******* strung me along for two years. Instead of refunding me for my incomplete order, ******* said, " I was going to give you some of your money back, but since you threatened me, I'm not going to give you anything." ******* threatened to sue me for thousands of dollars if I reported him to the BBB or mentioned this case publicly. He never informed me that he was creating a Shopify store ($39 monthly). I could've created a ******* online store for less. I want a refund for my $1300 and $39 for 12 months ($467), ($1768). My final communication with ******* was in late 2024, which was my last attempt to resolve the issue. ******* refuses to return my calls or texts. Please Help.

    On 10/14/2023 I paid a deposit of $300. On 10/20/2023-$600. On 10/302023-$600 for a total of $1500. The company was supposed to assist with the creation of logo, domain name. marketing & training for an on-line store. Upon receiving my money, the company stopped all communication with me. I attempted to contact them via phone calls, texts and emails and via ******** and all attempts went unanswered. They company was also NO CALL/NO SHOW for Scheduled telephone meetings. My project sits uncomplete. This is deceptive advertising and flagrant theft. I just want my money refunded. I've also reached out for a refund & also received NO reply.

    I placed an order for a electric salt and pepper grinder on February 13,2023 for $32.00. I got message with tracking number, but still haven't received my order. I have contacted ************************* on numerous occasions and at first he responded, but now he just ignores me. I have requested a refund since I haven't received my order and was told since the order has been sent out I can't get a refund.

    Hello, I you were notified that shipping times were longer then usual due to the amount of orders being processed. We provided you a tracking number via email which is still accessible and functional. We cannot provide you with a refund because your order has already been shipped and is in the process of being delivered.

    I am rejecting this response because: out of all the emails I sent, this is really the first time I was told this information. If I wanted my order to come from overseas I would have ordered it myself.

    All orders are shipped from the warehouse in *****, we had informed you that shipping times are longer for the product you ordered due to exponentially higher orders for that product. We also offered you a in store credit to compensate for the issue, unfortunately we cannot provide you with a refund because then you would be receiving a free product, the product has already been shipped.
