      01/07/27 Email to ****************** Manager Sent copies of my GA Power bills Oct 23 - Dec 23 and Oct 24 - Dec 24. I would like for Five Oaks to pay the full balance of my 12/11/24 GA Power bill of $1603.28 plus any bills that cover the time from the high bills till it was "Fixed". I have already paid over $800.00 and another $800 was due or be disconnected on 01/11/25. I would like to have a credit for my rent for Jan 25 on the amount of $1832.90 & not be charge any late fees or show in my renters history.Mid Oct24, talked with GA ************ Oaks. Talked with GA Power about high bills informed it was from summer months.. I called again in late Oct24 & late Nov24 was told there was a ***** on 11/19/24, suggested I try my maintenance person ********. Shepard, Five Oaks Maintenance, on 01/03/25. I was informed that nothing was wrong with the system that I needed to turn my unit to Emergency Heat to get the "heating coils going". GA Power requested to send someone out because he "wasn't an electrician".On 01/06/25 to inform Five Oaks that the unit was "blowing cold" air. I called an independent **** company, ******************, talked to ***** ******. I let him know of the ************* would follow up with him after I heard from *********. Mr. ******* said that it was the reversing valve. Once he "fixed" it he said it was "good to go". Mr. ****** said that the high electric bill were due to the air conditioning and the heat strips were running at the same time causing the high electric bills."On 01/07/25 ****** **** *******, ** Power Distribution Engineer. Sent email stating that "Everything on the *** side is running correctly". And as I previously mention, we stop at the meter."On 01/23/25 Mr. ***** ****, Senior Regional Manager, informed me "At this time, we cannot issue a credit on your account" I understand the bills are higher compared year over year however we do not have supporting data that there is a kilowatt discrepancy on our end.
