    On Aug. ******* I placed an online order of flowers for my aunts funeral service to be delivered on Sat. Aug.23, 2025. I, of course, paid online by my cc at that time. I didnt realize until after submitting my order that the message I wrote had changed back to a standard message. The next morning soon after the stores opening, I contacting them to see about adding my message and names from whom they were from. I was told no problem and I appreciated that very much. My credit card showed my order was pending as usual. On the 21st my credit card showed my order had posted. I went to pay my credit card Monday following my order and supposed delivery of the flowers on Sat. only to find that I had been charged once again by the flower shop on the 25th. I called immediately and was told it was some mistake and I would be credited right away. Later that afternoon I saw a pending credit and thought it had been taken care of only to find the next morning that the credit had been cancelled and I still have both charges on my card. I have called numerous times only to be told it was refunded, sorry about the mistake, give it time etc. etc. Well, as of today, I still owe for the charges they put on my card, no credit nor pending credit. I was told again it would be credit by today and its not! I have lost sleep over this and this has caused me nothing but unnecessary stress that medically I am NOT supposed to be under. I have bleeding vessels in my head and can have seizures. I cannot believe this business can do this to someone who only wanted to buy flowers for their Aunt who passed away and couldnt medically be there. Disgraceful! I have all call logs where I have tried to get this fraudulent charge corrected and now I will be filing a fraudulent charge. To bill someone twice for flowers that were already paid for, posted on their credit card, after delivery of flowers and in a different week is fraudulently charging someone. I have been patient. No excuse for this!

    ******* **** ********.  MS ******* STORY IS NOT ACCURATE.  WHEN I REALIZED MY MISTAKE I DID A REFUND ON HER CREDIT CARD.  I TOLD HER TO WAIT 7 TO 10 BUSINESS DAYS FOR HER REFUND.  I WAS ALSO TOLD BY THE CREDIT CARD PROCESSER IT MAY TAKE UP TO 30 BUSINESS DAYS FOR A REFUND.  I APOLOGIZED TO HER NUMEROUS TIMES FOR MY GOOF.  I EVEN CALLED THE MANAGER OF THE BANK THAT PROCESSES THE CARD ABOUT THE SITUATION.  I WAS ADVISED TO TELL MS ****** TO BE PATIENT.  THERE ARE RULES CONCERNING REFUNDS..  I EXPLAINED THIS TO MS ******* BUT SHE COULD NOT UNDERSTAND THAT I HAVE NO CONTROL OVER THE CREDIT CARD COMPANY.  SHE ACCUSED ME OF BEING A RIP-OFF, THAT I WOULD NOT GIVE HER A REFUND,  SHE WAS SICK,  I WAS STEALING HER MONEY AND ON AND ON AND ON.   SHE DEMANDED THAT I GO TO MY BANK AND WIRE HER THE AMOUNT IN QUESTION, BUT WAS ADVISED NOT TO DO THIS BY THE BANK.  SHE EVEN THREATENED TO SUE THIS COMPANY FOR WHAT SHE HAS ENDURED.  I AM SORRY SHE IS NOT WELL AND I AM SORRY I GOOFED.  THE CREDIT WAS ISSUED BY MY CARD COMPANY AND I EVEN GAVE HER THE REFERENCE NUMBER BUT I COULD NOT GET HER TO UNDERSTAND THAT I WAS AT THE ***** OF THE CREDIT CARD COMPANY.  I DID EVERYTHING I COULD TO HELP HER, BUT SOME PEOPLE YOU CAN NOT HELP...............

    I am rejecting this response because:

    This response is a blatant lie! First, my order was ordered, processed online and already posted to my credit card two days after ordering online. My aunts services was Sat. after my credit card had already posted. This lying person went and ran my card AGAIN after knowing they were paid online and AFTER the flowers were delivered. This wasnt a swipe error mind you!! That is a fraudulent charge without my knowledge or consent! I called and was told it would be credited. They apologized and we both were nice and polite. That night a credit was shown and I thought great!, problem solved only to go online the next day to pay the flowers I owed on and the credit had been cancelled. I called and got this guy repeatedly. HE WAS THE ONE WHO SUGGESTED THE WIRING OF MONEY, NOT ME!!! He is one who told me who they banked with! Im so sorry! I could wire you the money but would need your banking info. UMM!! NO!! YOU ALREADY FRAUDULENTLY CHARGED  ME, YOU WERENT GETTING  MY BANKING INFO.!! YOU LIE! I TOLD HIM AT ONLY AT THE VERY END AFTER ALL HIS LYING, CALLS AND NO SLEEP HE COULD HAVE HIS BANK SEND A CHECK AT THE SAME BANK HERE AND I WOULD PICK IT UP AND SIGN THAT AND THE AMOUNT WAS PAID IN FULL. AND THAT WAS ONLY TWO DAYS BEFORE I WAS GOING TO SIGN A COMPLAINT FOR FRAUDULENT CHARGE AND THAT CHARGE WAS WHAT MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY TOLD ME TO DO BECAUSE THE DISPUTE CHARGE ONLY HAD A LIMITED TIME AND IT HAD BEEN WEEKS! I AM ON DISABILITY AND HAD TO MAKE THAT PAYMENT BECAUSE OF HIM AND HIS DISHONESTY!!!  He kept giving me a day here, a few days, he would call back etc. He told me he was sick and the  owner had cancer! He never told me 30-days!! He told 3-5 days. Then ****** said 7-10. NEVER SAID I WOULD SUE! I TOLD ****** IF MY MONEY WAS NOT ON MY CARD THE NEXT DAY AFTER TALKING TO HER AFTER ALL THAT TIME AND THE LIES I WAS GOING TO FILE FRAUDULENT CHARGES ON WHOMEVER RAN MY CARD AFTER KNOWING THEY WERE PAID FOR ALREADY WITHOUT MY PERMISSION AND KNOWLEDGE THE NEXT DAY. I WAS ADVISED THAT BY MY *********** FUNNY!!! It was there the next day. Do not do business with this company if you live away. Dishonest and I have records. Told me he was a Christian, but lies constantly. They are blocked from my credit card company who I greatly appreciate and who advised me of these fraudulent charges this company made. After all? Who charges someone twice in two different weeks after flowers were supposed to be delivered? HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!
