      On ******** I placed order #XXXXXX for a California King Comforter. The amount of the order was $278.20. This item was a Christmas present for my Mom. The week after Christmas, my mom opened the comforter and washed it for the first time according to the manufacturers instructions. The filling inside of the comforter separated and balled up into large clumps while in the washer changing the shape and look of the comforter. After putting the comforter on the bed, it was clear that it was not the size advertised, and the way the seams were sewn did not allow it to fit on a California King sized bed as advertised in the online photos. Due to the poor quality of the item, and the size being incorrect, on ******** I contacted the company by email and requested a refund and return of the item. After no response was received, on ******** I called the company and spoke to someone who requested that I send photos of the item. After no response again from the company, on ******* I called them again for an update on the situation. I was told that the manufacturer had agreed to send me a replacement, and then if I returned the replacement I could receive a full refund. Casey, the customer service agent agreed that this did not seem like an efficient way to handle this for anyone involved and said he would see if he could just process the refund without having to send the replacement and me ship it back. Casey then sent me an email on ******* stating his manager had now changed their mind and would not issue a refund, but instead would only allow a credit of $300 for a replacement of the same brand of comforter. Due to the lack of selection from this same brand in that price range (with the exception of having to accept the exact same product already known to be defective in quality and size) this solution is ineffective at solving the problem I have. I would like a full refund of the product since it is not as advertised. It is not the size or quality it is supposed to be.

      First time ordering from this company. One of the liquid Items in a shipment of three I ordered online arrived damaged and ungiftable as it was a Christmas Gift for my mother. Without delay they shipped me out a replacement the next day. My mother will have her Christmast gift on time! So far, so good P.C. Fallon! Thank you! :)
