5 starsI utilized the services of ***** Automotive Appraisal when I had an accident where my car needed to be repaired. ***** was extremely professional, thorough and direct when I contacted him. He provided an excellent report regarding the diminished value of my car complete with supporting documentation for his assessment. That report increased the offer by more than 400% of what the insurance company initially offered me. ***** supported my efforts to negotiate with the insurance company and did not just leave once he presented the report to me.
