    I purchased a watch strap and found it was too large. I immediately attempted to initiate a return through customer service. I get another email every ***** days telling me that I need to do something else to facilitate the return, with the most recent email telling me I have to select option 1, 2 or 3 but theyre unable to tell me what any of the options might be. When you try to go to the returns page, it just goes around in circles. The ******** profile of this company has a massive number of posts showing their products and zero comments on any, which makes me suspect many people are not happy and theyve turned off comments.

    I purchased a watch band from their website one month ago. It was shipped to *******, but is now sitting in NY. I asked for an update and no one was able to give me an update. I waited 3 weeks before requesting a refund and the supervisor said he would check on it. *** contacted the supervisor multiple times and he is not responding. They have taken my money and will not refund it or send me the watch band.
