2/16/23 placed order at simpletire.com for 4 Maxxis 275/55R20 117T XL Razr AT-811 tires for *******. 9/7/23, Contacted Maxxis to submit claim asked due to the tires having 20k miles on ******** was sliding on wet surfaces, the tires skidding from a dead stop to acceleration & not having much grip on the road. I was told to ship the tires and they would provide me shipping labels if approved. I asked for a local inspection center or to bring my vehicle to an authorized dealer of theirs but they said no. 12/18/23, I submitted required ************* received response stating claim is not approved due to no service records for tire rotation. I advised them that I rotated the tires myself & referred to the warranty guide. They agreed and then I received another response that the claim is not approved because one of the tires had a flat tire & was repaired. I referred to the warranty guide & they backed off again.1/18/24, I received an email stating that my claim was denied due to the inspection. The inspection report stated the tires had normal wear on them. I advised them the report was incorrect Because it had the incorrect rating mileage for the tires. The report stated 50k mileage rating when they were 60k. They confirmed the mistake but I never received an updated report. I then spoke to manager *************************** who advised me the claim was being denied because I had purchased the tires from a non-authorized dealer. I referred back to the warranty guide and he confirmed I was correct. I questioned why he was stating that the claim was being denied due to me buying the tires from simple tire when they are ready knew I had purchased the tires from simple tire and if they were not an authorized dealer, why would they have authorized for the tires to be shipped out to be inspected. *********** was unable to provide a response back. In 2/13/24, I received a response from *********** advising me that ***** tires would not pay any more additional compensation
