              I bought a squeaker stuffed animal, it did not last long. I also bought a bone they sell from another vendor. I wanted to return it and was given a phone number to contact who would then contact that vendor to see if I could return. What a hassle. I won't be shopping with them anymore.

              Hi *****, for the health and safety of other pets we never accept returns for used or soiled items. This is done to protect the health of all pets. We provided the refund and guarantee information via e-mail. Very sorry if the correspondence wasn't received.
