    Alerted N-Step Dance of our intention to cancel our daughter's 6 year old dance class. She had only attended 2 classes and we gave notice in February over email. NStep responded and acknowledged our intent to cancel and provided a form that we were required to print out, fill out and physically bring in to their offices in order for them to cancel. Failure to do so would enable them to continue to charging us for classes not attended even though they acknowledged our intent to cancel. We dont own a printer and out of principle it feels really frustrating that Id have to buy a printer, ink and paper to cancel a 6 year olds dance class.Legitimately easier to cancel car insurance, cell phone contract, lease agreements which are all legally binding agreements because they accept email communication as a method of notification to cancel.They acknowledged our email to cancel in February and continued to charge us $500 for classes not attended so far. Emailed again asking for them to take our email as notification to cancel but still not heard back and still being charged.
