I have been trying since March to get a tag for this car with no results! DMV shows no paperwork done for this car. I have spoken to the dealer to try to resolve the issue, but with no results. He says that hes working on it, but he never follows through. Hes Ignoring my phone calls. Car Fax shows that the mileage has been turned back as well as having prior owners, the paperwork shows 1 owner. It was late in the evening and getting dark and we did not realize until later that the paperwork shows odometer reading at 0! Also, the Vin number does not match up with the temporary tag that is on the emission report. The emissions report was given to me by the dealership showing that it passed, but I took it later to do emissions on it, but when the young man saw that the engine light was on, he said that he did not want to take my money because he knew it would not pass so he did a diagnostic, eight codes showed up. I guess I was desperate, I did not have a vehicle and I needed one. I dont know what to do, but I know I cannot keep driving around with expired temporary tags. Do not use this shady so called non professional business!
