This company and their mechanics dont know what they are doing. Took my car there for repairs and ended up costing me double what the original price was plus still didnt fix the car. They seem to be guessing at the issues like throwing a dart at a dart board. Very rude staff. Will never take my car there again and hope others heed the warning. Like others who have posted reviews, terrible company.Review from H P

This place does not know what they are doing. I am now out $1250. I wish I read all the reviews before I decided to take my car to this people who do not know what they are doing. After my car stayed over 24 hrs. It still had the check engine light on and was misfiring. When I took my car to two other places I paid a cheaper price for the the fuel injectors, engine coil and spark plugs. I was told by the other two places that nothing was changed in my car and I believe so because when I picked up my car from Ne Autotek it still had the same problems and they lied to me that it was fixed. They are taking peoples money and messing up their cars.

Autotek Inc we employ only certified technicians. Any and all repairs performed at N.E. Autotek Inc included a 100% GUARANTEE That is valid for 2 years or 24,000 miles unlimited parts & labor. After every service/repair is completed we do a very thorough, post repair verification procedure that included a test drive to ensure the symptoms have been resolved and no warning lights are illuminated. This was absolutely the case on Mrs. *********** vehicle with confirmed documentation stating that during the final test drive there are no warning lights coming on and no misfire related symptoms present at that time. After paying the repair bill and picking up the car without a single complaint or concern was expressed by her at that time. However after driving the vehicle for several miles & several days Mrs. ******** called N.E. Autotek Inc with similar complaints she was informed of this fact and advised that we still had saved all of the old parts that we removed from her vehicle in order to prove to her that we NEVER charge a customer for unecessary repairs, and NEVER charge a customer for parts that do not get replaced. and it was stressed to her that our WARRANTY will cover any defective parts or improper installationReview from JL

A simple battery replacement ended up a disaster. All I needed was a new battery and they returned mine with broken tailgate. When I was complaining that the tailgate will not close, the employee demonstrated how he closed it, with force. Like many SUVs out there, mine is equipped with a motorized open/close tailgate. The batteries (main & auxiliary) are located in the trunk area and tailgate access is required to replace the battery. For whatever reason, possibly not patient enough, they forced it and broke the motor that open/closes the tailgate door. Mistakes happen, and it's a mistake as long as you fix it. They didn't. They claimed it just failed and they had nothing to do with it. They are not responsible, but rather are ready to fight you. I can't forget the fierce eyes of one of the managers when I brought this issue up. Would not visit there again, and would not recommend.
