    Wrens Collision repairs have LEFT ME STRANDED OUT OF STATE! After my car was repaired, there has been COUNTLESS, INEXCUSABLE issues that Wrens repaired incorrectly or inadequately that has cost me ADDITIONAL MONEY OUT OF MY POCKET AND AN EXCRUCIATING AMOUNT OF TIME TO FIX AND HAS NOW LEFT ME STRANDED OUT OF STATE.I waited 3-4 months for Wrens Collision to repair my vehicle. Upon picking up my vehicle after waiting 3-4 months, THE *** HAD A PLETHORA OF ISSUES THAT I SIMPLY COULD NOT BELIEVE! The check engine light was on, the tire pressure light was on, my driver side window was misaligned and DID NOT even roll up all the way! The issues unfortunately dont stop there because when I got home from picking up the car, I also had 3 wheel lug nuts missing! All of the lug nuts were in the wheels when I picked the car up and left the shop. THEY DIDNT EVEN TIGHTEN DOWN MY WHEELS! Fast forward barely ***** miles later and I decide to drive my car out of state to ******* to visit family for the holidays. While I am out of town, my rear driver wheel/suspension (the area that was repaired) is now making a loud clunking noise and the car became UNDRIVEABLE! While I am out of town I had to have the car towed to Chevrolet. Chevrolet confirmed that my rear differential, the bolt holding it, and other suspension components that were replaced were loose, and the differential itself was just bouncing around and was not tightened down fully. As a result the differential bolt has sheered off and ********* says this has now damaged multiple other suspension components. Chevrolet would need to drop the entire rear end to fix the car and the repair would potentially cost thousands!I reached out to Wrens Collision on 12/9/22 at 11 am est for a resolution. I spoke with ***** who promised someone would call me back with a resolution and I HAVE NOT BEEN CONTACTED! SHOCKER! Now that ***** has my money, they could care less about doing any quality repairs & actually fixing the car.
